As a former college volleyball player with lower back pain and other injuries, Kendall found Pilates as a great way to maintain an active lifestyle. She loves the way Pilates emphasizes full-body strengthening and a strong connection between the mind and body. She is excited to help her clients connect to their bodies through movement. When she isn’t teaching or practicing Pilates, Kendall works as a pediatric occupational therapy assistant at UCHealth. While working as an OTA, Kendall has recognized a strong need for helping kids better develop their core strength and a stronger mind-body connection in order to improve their daily functioning, which led her to join the teacher training program at Club Pilates. She hopes to one day combine her passion for working with kids with her passion for Pilates. She also enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, playing volleyball, and hiking.
