Kathy has over 35 years in the fitness, health and wellness industries. She is certified in health coaching, personal training, Pilates and group exercise. Kathy's specialties include spinal stabilization, back health, orthopedic issues, post rehab training, senior fitness, weight loss, flexibility and balance. Her life’s calling is to help her clients live a healthy and active lifestyle through coaching and individualized programs. She is also a certified CPR instructor.
