Michelle’s love for Pilates began after years of suffering back pain Never a big exerciser, Michelle discovered the huge benefits of Pilates and hasn’t looked back. She became a member at Progress Ridge not long after it opened. Since that time she’s been a member, sales manager, apprentice and instructor.
Michelle received her certification through the Club Pilates Teacher Training program. She’s now teaching at all 3 studios and is known for her great playlists and challenging classes. Her friendly smile and sense of humor makes students feel welcome and part of the Club Pilates family.
