Hilary comes from a lifelong love of movement, and truly enjoys helping others reach and exceed their health and fitness goals through mindful movement. She specializes in making Pilates and yoga accessible for everyone. A long-time modern dancer and marketing communications professional, she committed to a new career in fitness after an injury led her to discover Pilates - the ideal low-impact workout that focuses on strengthening the entire body from the core. Hilary holds a BFA in Dance from CalArts, an MA in Interdisciplinary Creative Arts from SFSU, and is currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing from Spalding University. She is a comprehensively certified Stott Pilates Instructor and a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 200/RYT500) in her ninth year of professional teaching. She also has instructor certifications in Total Barre, TRX, Zenga (Mat & Equipment), and was a licensed Zumba instructor from 2011 to 2018.
