Natasha
Instructor
Natasha is a Certified Pilates Instructor and a fitness expert in several other modalities. She has been teaching Pilates since 2013. In addition to Pilates, Natasha teaches and/or practices Yoga, Aerial Arts, Pole Fitness, and Acro Yoga. She is also a Certified Functional Health Coach. Health and fitness are her life! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids, going for walks and hikes, gardening, traveling, meditating, and reading books on personal growth.
