Veronica is a 500-hour comprehensive certified Pilates instructor. Over the last 21 years, she has dedicated herself to health and fitness. Veronica has experienced this joy, strength, and healing directly as she found exercise to be a method in dealing with grief, stress, and anxiety.
After many years of inactivity and facing the challenges of motherhood, Veronica started running at the age of 30. She has completed 12 half marathons and found training and racing half marathons not only strength building, but also therapeutic. She additionally participated in other forms of exercise such as yoga, cycling, and strength training. In fact, the impact was so significant, she decided to become a Pilates instructor to help others experience this impact.
