Anna was introduced to reformer Pilates while trialing group fitness classes around Chicago with one of her best friends. As a busy city girl, she was immediately drawn to the mind-body connection and deep focus it facilitated, and as an orthopedic physical therapist, she appreciated the deep core strength promoted by the Pilates method. Anna completed the 500-hour Club Pilates teacher training program and continues to find joy and fulfillment in sharing with patients, clients, family, friends, and basically anyone that will listen, how they can benefit from Pilates. Anna loves both the creativity Pilates allows for and the attention to detail it demands, and she strives for clients to leave her classes feeling more grounded and inspired to lead lives centered around movement. Outside of teaching, Anna is an avid runner, walker, and Divvy-er, enjoys spending as much time as possible outside, and loves to discover new books, but listen to her same favorite music.
