My passion for Pilates began over 14 years ago after going through Physical Therapy on a long road to recovery with a back injury almost 20 years prior. I am a firm believer in the restorative powers that Pilates has on the mind, body and soul. Everybody needs Pilates to live a better life. Pilates helps to improve core strength, posture and body alignment which will make you less tired and feel younger! My classes emphasize mind-body integration, a strong core, and functional movement. I strive to help you meet your personal goals and to leave the class feeling strong, energized, and invigorated.
