Angie's Pilates journey started as a client of Club Pilates, wanting to get back her body and core after having her 2nd child. She fell in love with the early morning classes before work and lost 60 pounds over the period of a year. She was so excited for how strong she felt, and the energy she had, she pursued her instructor training certification with STOTT. Now she loves starting her client's morning off with positive energy and a workout that kicks butt a little bit! When she isn't doing Pilates, she is an administrator at local school, spending time with her daughters, and traveling as much as possible. Her goal is to make Pilates a full experience that is accessible and challenging. Most importantly she strives for the class to be enjoyable, positive and lift the spirit. She believes movement can fill people's tanks, so they have more to give in their lives. She hope everyone leaves her class saying "oooo I worked" but smiling, and with their tank full!
