Shelby has been practicing Pilates since 2010 and completed a comprehensive Pilates teacher training program through Studio L2 in September 2019. Beside Pilates, Shelby’s favorite ways to stay fit are boxing and hiking. She enjoys traveling, golfing, cooking, concerts, and spending time with friends, family, and her cat. She loves coming up with ways to use the many pieces of equipment and props available in the studio to add variety to all of her classes! Visit her early morning classes to start your day off strong!
