Kelly has practiced pilates for 22 years and she knows firsthand the benefits Pilates has brought to her life , helping her neurological conditions and the chronic pain she suffers from daily. She has Chiari Malformation, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue disorder and a Tethered Spinal Cord. As fate would have it, her conditions led her to love pilates and all of its benefits. Kelly is especially driven to help others who live with painful and debilitating health conditions. She loves that pilates gives them time to appreciate what their body can do, feel good, helping them live in less pain and have a better quality of life. Making personal connections with everyone, watching them grow and achieve goals along their pilates journey and sharing a passion for pilates are all very rewarding to Kelly. When Kelly isn’t at the studio teaching, she loves spending as much time as possible with her husband, two daughters, parents and friends enjoying the outdoors, being active and traveling. She also enjoys reading and learning more about pilates to use in her classes.
