After years of Pilates practice, months of intensive training to get certified as an instructor, Pilates has become the cornerstone of my life. I was drawn into Pilates by graceful yet powerful movements, the precision and control required for each movement taught me to connect deeply within my body, enhancing my awareness and coordination in everyday activities. Moreover, Pilates has been a sanctuary for my mental health with its mindful breathing techniques and focus required to cultivate a sense of calm and presence which I hope to bring into my teaching, allowing clients to disconnect from the stresses of everyday life and reconnect with themselves. Pilates has transformed my approach to health and fitness, empowering me as an instructor physically, mentally and emotionally, fostering a more balanced lifestyle. Having passionate instructors like we do, I hope to make each class a time of learning, growth, encouraging and motivating each client to push their limits and celebrate their progress.
