Tessa was first introduced to Pilates while dancing as a student at the Kansas City Ballet. She ultimately stopped doing ballet after 14 years due to injuries, and she realized firsthand the benefit of a personal Pilates practice. Pilates has not only helped Tessa rehabilitate her own body, but also allows her to continue her love of movement, challenges her to be stronger, and molds her into a happier and healthier person. Tessa enjoys that being an instructor lets her assist others in achieving their own personal goals. She is happy to share what she knows so far while continuing to learn more each day.
