Catherine has 30 years combined experience in the fitness industry as a Pilates and Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Fitness Consultant and Program Designer.
Catherine has a 500 hour Pilates Training (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels) with Stott Pilates on all the Apparatus since 2002.
She is certified to teach: Aerobics, Strength, Spin, Yoga and Pilates. Catherine’s personal style and approach to fitness incorporates the “whole” person: mind, body and spirit.
Her classes are specifically designed to restore balance to core muscle groups, helping the body to return to it's “neutral” settings. She has continued to develop her ability to design class and client programs based on her growing knowledge of functional anatomy and extensive years of client experience. Improving both posture and structural alignment through "proper programming" is always her goal when designing Pilates classes. Her intelligent and mindful approach to exercise is cutting edge for a future generation impacted by technology and external stressors.
