I fell in love with Pilates almost 8 years ago. After having back to back pregnancies, and experiencing a weakened core and some discomfort in my lower back I began my journey with pilates. I found it was extremely beneficial to me. Pilates strengthened my entire core which provided great support for my lower back. I decided to take the teacher training to share my love for movement with others. Pilates is more than an exercise/good posture and alignment, it's finding awareness of your body and how it moves, and how it all connects together and can do amazing things when you find that connection. It was a transformation of my mindset and how I viewed exercise and my body and its capability. It has helped me tremendously and I enjoy teaching others how to move.
