Lesli started practicing Pilates more than 20 years ago, when a studio opened near her home in Dallas, Texas. Twice-weekly classes provided much-needed relief for the aching hips and back that arrived with new motherhood. Still a staple in her life, a day of Pilates always equals a great night’s sleep and provides body mechanics that fit an active lifestyle. When training others, Lesli strives to share her knowledge and enthusiasm for ways to remain strong, flexible, and balanced to enjoy pain-free daily living. Lesli instructs with a friendly and nurturing approach, and loves when everyone leaves class feeling an inch taller! Lesli is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance.
