Andria has a passion for teaching Pilates, and her strengths include identifying a clients' strengths so that together they can "work what works." Utilizing the skill sets Andria has acquired throughout her training with Balanced Body she knows that "Movement Heals" and that a proactive and positive approach is what will make change occur. Working at multiple facilities Andria is constantly working to sharpen her skills and teaching tools that make her such an approachable instructor. "Our day to day lives continuously interrupt our connection between our mind & body. Pilates is the way I connect my mind to my Powerhouse, and want nothing more than to educate others towards that connection & awareness." After having her children back to back, she was looking for a smarter way to stay in shape. She wanted something that not only made her look good, but feel good too. She tried Pilates and was hooked. It was the perfect combination of strengthening, stretching, connecting the mind and the body. Pilates made her feel healthier and stronger than ever - it was like finding the fountain of youth. Andria is dedicated to sharing her passion for Pilates and remains a student for life.
