Ynske started her fitness journey with yoga in Dubai in 2008. In 2016, Ynske wanted to widen her horizons so she decided to take STOTT Pilates Training. She has done Reformer, Mat and Cadillac training. Pilates is so much fun because it changes your point of view and challenges your brain. The body is an interesting machine, but we do not always treat our bodies with the respect it needs to keep on running smoothly for us. That is where Pilates comes into the picture as it teaches and trains the body within your boundaries whether it be pain, posture, or the need to move it!
Her yoga and Pilates experience brought out the interest in venturing out into different moving modalities; like TRX, Barre, and Les Mills formats like Bodyflow, CX Worx and LM Barre. Her newest adventure is in MELT a self-treatment system to eliminate chronic pain, erase the signs of aging and feel fantastic in just 10 minutes a day.
She looks forward to sharing free flowing movement in relaxation, through awareness and proper alignment, without strain and pain during Pilates and in daily life.
