Sarah has been passionate about health and wellness since starting group fitness classes in high school. Now as a busy mom, daily movement is non-negotiable so she can be an energetic, positive, and patient parent to her three young children. Sarah recently fell in love with Pilates and the way it helps her move her body more effectively and she is particularly passionate about the mind-body connection that happens on the reformer. Sarah has completed her full Pilates Certification and has done additional training in pelvic floor Pilates and pelvic floor health. Outside the studio, you will find Sarah biking or walking just about everywhere and interviewing amazing moms in the community for her podcast.
