Olivia Marion's introduction to Pilates was through her work as classical ballet dancer 8 years ago. Pilates was part of her professional training and she loved how it taught her body awareness in a different way as well as helped rehab from her injuries. Olivia found that her love of movement and language was best expressed through teaching Pilates. Now, as a Pilates instructor, Olivia focuses on body awareness and technique. Her classes have a natural flow that integrates the whole body and highlights the mind body connection. Her teaching style is warm and encouraging while staying attentive to detail. She loves to play music that helps connect the movement, the mood, and the mind. Her goal with each class is to help members understand how functional movement can produce a healthy and strong body that they feel confident in.
