Stacia is a certified Pilates and group fitness instructor with more than 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She was trained and certified under IM=X Pilates, as well as the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. Her approach to health and fitness centers on helping her clients develop a deeper connection between body and mind to achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives. This unwavering focus has helped her build a devoted clientele, many of whom praise her for the motivation, encouragement, and energy she brings into her classes. As she expands her career as an instructor throughout the Portland Metro area, Stacia continues to seek advanced education and training in group exercise sub-specialties in order to continue to provide the highest level of service to her clients. Most recently, she has completed training in TRX®, and Barre. In her spare time, Stacia loves to challenge herself with new personal fitness goals and has completed two half marathons and several 10K races. She is always on the move with her three young children and leads by example the importance of making health and fitness a priority to achieve a happier, more well-balanced life.
