From training friends for dance company auditions at 10 years old, to completing her comprehensive Pilates certification at 23, Allison has always strived to share her love for movement with those around her. This journey eventually led her to taking on leadership positions both at Puzzle Box Dance Studio + as the Lead Instructor for CP Chicago! In order to be the best leader and teacher she could be, Allison completed her Masters of Science, emphasizing in Exercise Physiology with a certificate in Sports Psychology, at Northern Illinois University in May 2022. Her goal is to use her education to bring more inclusion to the fitness industry, make movement a happy, safe place for all, + have fun while doing it!
