Kory was first introduced to Pilates in high school, and her love of the practice was reignited years later when she was recovering from a running injury. She loved how Pilates left her feeling stronger and more balanced, which led to faster running times and quicker recovery. Soon she was taking classes multiple times a week and decided to take the plunge and enroll in the Club Pilates 500-hour comprehensive teacher training program. Kory believes that all bodies can benefit from Pilates and is excited to share her passion with others. Outside of the studio, Kory works in marketing for a fitness company and enjoys spending time with her husband and pup, Scout.
