Georgene has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years. She is also a certified personal trainer. She has a vast knowledge of working with special populations including the elderly as she was the activities director for a local retirement community. She has also taught many different forms of group fitness which she includes many aspects of those into the Club Pilates classes. She enjoys teaching Pilates as she has seen how it can help build strength and stabilize the body in a different way. You can train premier athletes as well as leisure athletes to accomplish their fitness and health goals.
