Pam G. has been in the fitness industry for 20+ years. She currently works as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and corporate fitness specialist across the Twin Cities. As a back surgery alum, she found Pilates as a way to increase core strength as well as remain pain free. Pam joined Club Pilates in October of 2019 and teaches formats with options for everybody. She believes in sustainable solutions to achieve desired results for people and sees Pilates as the best method to that.
