Jai Lee Galanti
Jai Lee was introduced to yoga and pilates in the early 2000s to manage stress, reduce physical pain (from scoliosis & former dance injury), and safely strengthen for improved functional movement. One session on the Pilates Reformer, and she was hooked - love at first site. After years of personal practice, she decided she wanted to take it to the next level by shifting into teaching Pilates as a career shift, so she completed ClubPilates’ comprehensive 500 hour Teacher Training program to become a fully certified instructor.
Jai Lee is committed to helping her clients to establish proper form for improved functional movement and pain reduction/ healing. She loves how Pilates is perfect for EVERY body - regardless of age, sex, and physical condition. She lights up with excitement when her clients experience improvements in their overall physical wellbeing!
When Jai Lee isn’t in the studio, she enjoys reading, writing, getting out in nature, playing with art & creative projects, hanging out with her best friend & husband, Adam, and playing with her 2 kitties.
