Samantha Chamberlain earned her Pilates and dance certificates at Mt. San Antonio College and has over six years of experience in the field. Soon after completing her Pilates training, she started teaching and spreading her knowledge of movement through Pilates. Samantha loves to dance salsa, bachata, and zouk. When she started Pilates she fell in love with it because she noticed it was perfect cross training and helped improve her dance technique. It also made her have a deeper mind body connection and applied Pilates on a daily basis to everyday activities. Her favorite part of teaching is helping clients find that mind body connection and see progress. She advocates finding a healthy balance physically, mentally, and emotionally.
