  • What to bring

    Comfortable workout clothes. Grip socks required — available for purchase at the studio if you need them.

  • Arrive early

    15 minutes before class, the instructor introduces equipment and answers questions.

  • Have an injury?

    Inform your instructor before class. Every movement has modifications.
