Julie was first inspired and trained in Classical Pilates by Mercy Sidbery. She studied mat at the Working Body and later became fully Certified in Stott Pilates. Julie has taught group Pilates classes, with emphasis in Barre and mat for over ten years. She works with Private clients both on specific physical issues, fitness goals and overall health.
Rachel first found Pilates online when she was trying to stay in shape in college. After trying out fitness classes at her gym, she became obsessed with the Reformer. It was a great workout that helped her prevent injuries in her CrossFit classes and left her body feeling healthier and stronger each day. She is currently certified in Mat, Reformer, and all Apparatus through Balanced Body and tends to have a more fitness based approach to her classes. Her favorite props to use during class are the ring and the bosu. She loves trying out new moves each week with her class.
Erika takes a fun, fresh and holistic approach to fitness by integrating multiple disciplines and innovative styles. The fluidity, precision, and clean graceful lines of Pilates immediately resonated within her, igniting a passion to teach others about the many benefits of deep core strength and enhanced body awareness. Her Pilates journey began in 2003 as a way of rehabilitating her body and rebuild foundational strength from sustained injuries in a car accident. Erika is certified in All Mat, Reformer, and Apparatus Modules through a Balanced Body Curriculum at College of San Mateo; In 2012, Springboard Training at EHS Pilates in San Francisco was added to her repertoire, and shortly after, in 2013, she added prenatal and postnatal Preggo Pilates certification. One of her strongest skills is her capacity to assess the physical condition of the students and making appropriate changes in the methods required for maximum effectiveness. With utmost patience, she evaluates the level of the student/client and teach proper exercise techniques with the correct use and safety of equipment, with strong focus on rehabilitation.
A recent transplant from NYC to the Bay, Inez left her fashion design career to embark on new adventures in health and wellness. Coaching and empowering clients to become their very best, HEALTHY selves has become her calling. Inez decided to pursue her comprehensive Pilates certification through Club Pilates after first being introduced to the healing and life-changing benefits of Pilates when she worked at a Pilates studio. Inez now likes connecting mind to body through her cueing in her classes. She loves working with the exo chair and controlled variations of planks. She also likes to focus on class flow, putting intention and connection on how one moves from one exercise to another; this translates on how one moves throughout their day. She used to dance tahitian and hula, so using slow, controlled and graceful movement as one flows from movement to movement has always shaped the way she's looked at movement.
April didn’t start out as a professional Personal Trainer. For years, she attended personal training and Pilates sessions around her full time career schedule and spent all her off-days studying the literature. She struggled to find the right balance between her work, family, and practice. But through hard work and perseverance she developed a lifestyle that worked for her. In 2015, she became STOTT Pilates Certified, then a year later, became certified in many other group fitness formats. She loves sharing her belief that life should be lived with joy, gratitude, and a dedication to being present in the moment. These feelings inform and guide her teaching, which is focused on helping her students not only feel and look better on the outside, but become more satisfied internally. Her favorite formats to teach are CP F.I.T and CP Suspend! Whether you want to improve your flexibility, accelerate your fitness, or simply make a positive lifestyle change, April will help you on your way toward your fitness goals!

Holly was introduced to Pilates after tearing her left calf muscle while dancing. In 2008, inspired by the post-rehabilitation process, and by the joy of feeling more at home and creative in her body than before, she decided to pursue full certification as a STOTT Pilates instructor. Seeking to deepen her knowledge of the body and post-rehabilitation beyond the mat and equipment, she went to Seattle to train extensively with STOTT Pilates Lead Instructor Trainer Kristi Milner Quinn and Physical Therapist Ellen Roth. It was in post-rehabilitation training that Holly truly found her passion for helping others along their individual journeys in the human body. Holly is also fully certified in the GYROTONIC® system on the pulley tower and all specialized equipment, and in GYROKINESIS®.
