Courtney is our General Manager. She brings over ten years experience in the fitness and retail industry to us from Chicago. She is excited to share her passion for functional fitness and apparel to everyone at Club Pilates Biltmore Park.
Our lead instructor, Addie Dechant, has her 700-hour Classical Pilates certification and TRX certification, and loves teaching Pilates to help people reach their fitness goals. Her classes will challenge you and inspire you.
Kerri started her Pilates career in 2002 in Atlanta, GA at the Body Awareness Studio with Leslie Clayton. After moving to Asheville in 2004, she began her own home business, taught classes at the Grove Park Inn and worked at various Pilates studios in the area. She lives in North Asheville with her husband, two teenage daughters and a large hound. When not teaching she enjoys hiking, gardening, painting & photography.
Stacey found pilates about 13 years ago when she befriended a Pilates teacher who convinced her to try a private lesson. After her first lesson she knew that pilates was something very special. It was an amazing workout, but one that left her body feeling alive and capable, not overly sore and exhauseted. She kept going with private lessons and decided to trek into NYC (from Connecticut) to learn how to teach classical pilates with Romana Kryzanowska, her daughter Sari Megia Santo, her granddaighter Daria Pace and the rest of the incredible staff at True Pilates. She also trained with Brooke Slier at her studio re:AB and happily began teaching there. While at re:AB she attended workshops with Mari Winsor, Jay Grimes, and Alisa Wyatt to name a few. Fast forward a few years and Stacey had two babies which inspired her to delve into pre and postpartum pilates, pelvic floor strengthening and diastasis repair with Anne Martens, Julie Tupler and the MUTU system. She also loves TRX and recently attended a Functional Training workshop. Stacey loves to teach all kinds of clients, but has a soft spot for beginners and new Mamas. She is still fairly new to Asheville and SO excited to join the team at Club Pilates!

She has been a Physical therapy technician in outpatient sports rehab clinics, managed gyms, and even owned her own Pilates, mud run training, and functional fitness studio. Sue is excited to bring her extensive fitness background to the Club Pilates Biltmore Park community.
Cass grew up around Pilates in a literal sense – her mom owned a studio attached to their home in Louisville, Ky. It wasn’t until college that she fell in love with Pilates on her own, while studying abroad Argentina — 5,000 miles away. She took Pilates to practice Spanish in a setting outside the classroom. Her instructor was a tango dancer, who used Pilates to recuperate her injuries sustained from years of dancing. Through those sessions Cass developed a new appreciation for Pilates’ therapeutic effects on mind and body – her Spanish also improved. (¡Ella enseña en español!)
Her previous clients range from professional athletes looking to step up their game, to seniors seeking to improve mobility and balance.
Cass’ philosophy is, simply put, that Pilates is for every body. She’s passionate about working with clients to help them heal, strengthen, and be their best selves.
When she’s not teaching, you might see Cass running around town with a microphone. She’s also an independent radio producer.
Stephanie Peterson Jones began taking Pilates lessons in 1998, one year after having back surgery. She was immediately hooked by the strength, flexibility and balance she achieved and has been devoted to the Pilates Method ever since. She received her comprehensive Pilates certification from the Pilates Center in Boulder, CO in 2001, after which she opened the Pilates Studio of Fairfield in CT. She continued her Pilates education with Kathy Grant, Cara Reeser, Deborah Lessen, Blossom Leilani Crawford, Irene Down and many others. She also completed the Pilates Center’s Masters Program and became certified by the Pilates Method Alliance. After selling the studio in 2011, she continued to work there until moving to Asheville in the fall of 2014. When not teaching or practicing Pilates, Stephanie loves to hike with her pup Rio. She also is an illustrator and designer of children’s books and decorative art. Stephanie enjoys working with all types of clients, especially those who want to maintain strength, mobility and flexibility throughout their lives. She is excited to be a part of the Club Pilates community in Western North Carolina.
I was first introduced to Reformer Pilates in 2015 and quickly loved it for the increased strength and flexibility it gave me. Having a herniated disk in my lower back, I was always looking for ways to increase my core strength. I am STOTT trained and have been teaching with Club Pilates since 2017. I am proud of the fact that as a new teacher I grew my 6:00am classes from 1 person to full classes in a year! I enjoy working with my clients and ensuring they have a safe, fun, full body work out every time.
I have 3 grown children and in my free time I love exploring my new city of Asheville with my boyfriend.
