During March MATness you'll want to snag a scorecard for yourself while in the studio, and mark off your points each time you are in! The 🎉 first prize 🎉 is a 60min private session with an instructor! Runner up receives a 30min private session. So get yo' Pilates on! You can earn points just by attending class, by posting a Pilates mat exercise to social media and tagging us, purchasing retail in our studio, and more!
It's officially March! Which means in Club Pilates world that it's the start of March MATness 😁 We will have fun scorecards in the studio that you can use throughout the month. Next time you are in for class check out all the ways you can earn points throughout the month that will go towards prizes. In addition, we will be sharing short videos of classic mat Pilates moves throughout March to encourage you to try them at home and perfect your Pilates practice!
Starting tomorrow! We have added two classes to Thursday mornings: 6am Level 1.5 and 7am Level 2, both with instructor Julie 😊 We have removed the 6am class from Fridays. What do you think?

Instructor Laura demonstrates 'snake'. Snake is an advanced move on the reformer in which you pull your low belly in to help pike the hips up high to close the carriage. This is a similar move and feeling to when you pike on the chair. Snake involves a twist of the back and extension through the upper back as you open the carriage.
