Meghan's introduction to the Pilates Method began in 1993 while doing physical therapy for a dance injury. Recognizing the magic of the method, and with no studios yet in the area, Meghan practiced the mat work with her dance partner Luis Bravo, whose teacher was an original student of Joseph Pilates. In 1996 she discovered Body Precision Pilates where she would begin her journey to become an instructor. Meghan has over 25 years experience teaching movement. Along with a 12 year career in classical ballet, Meghan holds a Master's Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy from Hahnemann University, received her comprehensive certification in Pilates from Body Precision Pilates in 2001 and her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from Dhyana Yoga in 2014. She opened her own studio in 2001. Meghan's experience in watching how the body moves has enabled her to work with a wide variety of clients including professional athletes, post rehabilitative clients, and those with Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, and other movement challenges.
Margo Longo first discovered Club Pilates alongside her husband in February 2017. They opened the first Club Pilates Studio in Frazer, Pennsylvania on July 231st, 2017.
Margo is a Registered Dental Hygienist. Her passion for health and fitness is demonstrated through her passion for dental and physical health and well being.
Margo trained through the Club Pilates system as a Pilates Instructor. She currently teaches on Tuesday's and on Thursday morning.

Margo's favorite pastimes are cycling and Pilates, travel and community outreach. She resides In Chester Springs with Randy, together they have 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
In December 2008, Ruby graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Chester University. During her time as a student she began teaching young children’s dance classes. While teaching these classes, Ruby discovered her true passion, became a Certified Pilates Instructor, and decided to make a career from the things she enjoys. She received Pilates Mat Certification from Pilates Body Center in October 2009 and Pilates Equipment Certification in February 2012. Ruby teaches Pilates mat and equipment classes at many local area studios. When Ruby isn't teaching, she is most likely cooking or hiking with her husband!
Valerie has been teaching fitness and presenting at conferences internationally for over 25 years, and delights in seeing the "light bulb” moment in all of her students. Her professional experience includes working at prestigious clubs throughout the Philadelphia area, including her own studio, The Posture Coach. In 2010, she was awarded “Best Posture Coach” by Philadelphia Magazine. She specializes in taking the elusive tenets of The Feldenkrais Method to the fitness world and making them obvious by sharing practical tips for both group fitness and personal trainers to use in every class or session. An adjunct teacher at Delaware County Community College,
Main Line Adult School, and Drexel University, her specialties include relating to students of all ages, turning perceived disabilities through
mind-body. An instructor for American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid CPR, Valerie also programs and leads mind-body retreats worldwide, supporting her charities of choice. Certifications: ACE (CPT), AFAA (GFI), Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and Guild of Certified Feldenkrais Practitioners (GCFP), American Red
Cross Authorized Instructor.
Alison has always led an active lifestyle. She danced from an early age and has a minor in Dance from Penn State. She has also played various sports throughout her life. During her career as a traveling software consultant, she started exploring yoga and other mind-body practices to combat stress. At that time she was also an avid runner, and a dance related knee injury left her feeling increasingly imbalanced. Having danced, she had always heard of Pilates, so she decided to give it a try. Within a short period of time she felt stronger, more balanced, and became hooked. In 2005 she completed her Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Mat training in Annapolis, MD through Power Pilates, a classical training program. The following year she completed her comprehensive equipment training and began teaching around the Washington, DC area. In the years since she has also taught barre and various core fusion style classes. She hopes to help her students achieve greater body awareness, improve strength, and realize their bodies' fullest potential! When not teaching she is busy with her husband, three children and beagle.
Becca has been practicing Pilates and yoga actively since her late teens to provide an energetic lifestyle. In 2013, she entered into a comprehensive Pilates teacher training program through a local studio in West Chester, PA. She is trained on all the classical Pilates apparatus including the reformer, cadillac/tower, chair, and mat. Over the 400+ hour training, she fell deeper in love with the practice and the principals leading her to regularly teach privates and group classes since June 2013. Since then, she was trained in Barre, TRX, and Yoga. Currently a student at West Chester University, she is seeking her Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, another passion. When not teaching, attending classes, or spending time with family, Becca loves to travel around the world, already having visited New Zealand, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Botswana.
Heather was first introduced to Pilates through a mat class at a YMCA in 2009 and this class awakened muscles that had never been used. This provided the motivation to try out the Reformer where she discovered a mode that was mentally and physically challenging. She completed her 200-hour Peak Pilates Level 1 Comprehensive training in 2014, completed Teacher Training thorough Club Pilates and is currently working as an apprentice towards her comprehensive certification. In addition, she has been practicing yoga for 20+ years and completed her RYT-200 yoga instructor training in 2013. Heather believes that Pilates is a great complement to other activities since it can be amped up or toned down, depending on what your body needs that day. In addition to Pilates and yoga, Heather works as a buyer for an aerospace manufacturer and enjoys indoor and outdoor cycling and traveling with her husband.

Being passionate about fitness and nutrition were a huge piece of that connection. Believing that when people find an exercise that they “stick” with, it makes a big difference. Pilates made a difference in her life, realizing the impact she could make on others it seemed like the natural next step. Dina completed her 500 hour Comprehensive Certification from Club Pilates Teacher Training. She has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years, through videos, books and local studios. She also has 100 hours of Yoga training. She graduated from University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a BFA in Photography, and taught there as well. She has photographed weddings for over 20 years and still works as a Freelance Photographer. Dina loves to spend time with her husband, 2 growing boys, dog & cat and goes on hikes in Valley Forge Park.
Rebecca took her first Pilates class in January 2018 and immediately became hooked. She previously studied yoga, PiYo and was an avid runner. Rebecca’s passion for Pilates led her to the instructor training program offered through Club Pilates. As an instructor, she hopes to share her passion for Pilates with everyone, and share her enthusiasm with her students.
