Hannah is a fitness instructor, field hockey coach, and graduate student. She has been teaching Barre, Bodhi, and TRX for 2 years at 4 different studios throughout CT, but Pilates is by far her favorite modality. She looks forward to working with you at Club Pilates!
Orit is a graduate of Columbia University and has studies at Cambridge University, England. She received her Stott Pilates mat and apparatus certifications over a decade ago, and has since taught Pilates to novices and advanced students alike. Her extensive studies of anatomy and physiology give her insight to the needs of both individuals and large groups. A native of Israel, Orit took her first Pilates class with the encouragement of her voice teacher. She found that Pilates not only helped her singing, but provided her with a renewed sense of confidence and strength. Orit's passion for mind-body awareness encompasses Eastern modalities--she is a 500 hr. certified Yoga teacher and a Level III Shiatsu practitioner. She looks forward to support the Club Pilates clients on their fitness journey, and is thrilled to be part of the Club Pilates team.
Sarah is a mother of three with a diverse background in Retail Buying, Event Planning, and Asset Management.
A dancer for nearly 20 years, Sarah finally took up the practice of Pilates 12 years ago at a large group-based reformer studio in NYC. She loved it so much that she began working at the Pilates studio nights and weekends. When her career took her out of the city and into Westchester, she struggled to find Pilates classes that she could a) work into her schedule and b) afford. She half heartedly pieced classes together here and there and practiced at home when she couldn't find a studio.
Once she discovered Club Pilates she just knew she had to be a part of it and quickly jumped at the opportunity of opening her own studio. She loves how Club Pilates is changing the way people view and understand Pilates with affordable classes and accessible schedules. She loves how Club Pilates "brings Pilates to the people". She can't wait to work with you!
Breana grew up dancing and teaching at her mother’s dance studio in Rhode Island. She continued her education in health, fitness, and the study of movement at the University of Rhode Island and received her B.S in Kinesiology. Breana now has a Master’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. In 2010, Breana started her career as a trainer and instructor in corporate fitness. She is an ACE and NASM certified personal trainer as well as an AFAA certified group exercise instructor with experience teaching a variety of strength, cardio, dance, and barre classes.
After moving to Connecticut in 2015 with her husband, Breana discovered Pilates and fell in love instantly with the benefits it had on her mind/body connection as well as posture and flexibility. Breana decided to pursue a Pilates certification through STOTT and she has completed Level 1 trainings in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrels. She is excited to share her passion for fitness and Pilates with the clients at Club Pilates.
With 15 years experience, Shasta is a sought after celebrity trainer. While she ran her own studios in the Hamptons, NYC, and Larchmont, she now lives in Mount Kisco with her husband, Doug, and two young children, Charlie and Dash. Shasta is a NASM certified personal trainer as well as an IIN certified health coach.
Sara began her Pilates practice over 12 years ago with her sister-in-law at her small studio in North Salem, NY. Sara loved what Pilates did for her body as well as her general well being and decided to turn her passion into a career. She was certified through PhysicalMind Institute in Chappaqua 10 years ago. Sara helped to develop the Pilates studio at The Gym in Armonk, NY and grew that program into a thriving studio. Sara lives in Goldens Bridge, NY with her husband, Evan, and two children. She is so excited to be part of the Club Pilates team!
Sybil comes to us from Brazil, and is a graduate of Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy (2010). After her graduation she chose to work combining both Pilates and Physical Therapy. In 2011 she got her international certification in Pilates at the PhysicalMind Institute in NYC. Now she lives in Connecticut with her family and is excited to be a part of the Club Pilates Mount Kisco team!
Erika is a native New Yorker and so excited to bring the joy of Pilates to her community. She began her love of movement when she was enrolled in dance classes as a young girl. Not long after, she began a rigorous pre-professional dance program commuting both in and out of New York City. Her career as a professional dancer has allowed her to dance on some of the world’s most famous stages and with the world’s most famous companies. Her favorites have include dancing with Disney Cruise Line aboard the Disney Wonder and Disney Dream, Universal Studios Orlando, and dancing half-time for the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. A growing passion for mindful movement and helping others led Erika to Pilates. Erika completed her comprehensive certification with STOTT PILATES® at their headquarters in Toronto, Ontario. She is certified on all equipment for all levels. Erika was honored when, upon arrival back, she was offered a position with Erika Bloom Pilates Plus. Erika continued to expand her training under Erika Bloom, as well as the mentors and teachers that were brought in annually for workshops and continuing education courses. In 2016, Erika was asked to join the teaching faculty at Erika Bloom Pilates Plus. In 2017, Erika moved to Orlando and began teaching at The Fitness Studio of Orlando. Upon her arrival back to New York, Erika was elated to see that a Club Pilates location was opening so close to home. Erika has qualifications and experience with Manual Touch Therapy, Pre and Post Natal Pilates, Diastisis Repair, Conditioning for Dancers and Athletes, and Spinal Disc Rehabilitation. In addition to Erika Bloom Pilates Plus, Erika has completed continuing education courses at Kinected Pilates Center, Pilates on Fifth, and Tara Gregorio Pilates & Wellness. Erika uses her background as a dancer, plus her 15+ years of teaching dance and movement, to carefully and creatively craft unique and diverse sessions and classes. Erika is excited to join the team
