Bryndi Thompson
With a love for helping others, Bryndi moved from Kansas to Colorado to pursue her dreams. She joined the pilates world in 2016 when she completed PIlates Sports Center training. Intrigued by helping people connect to their bodies via movement, Bryndi continues to seek out new training to educate herself on the intricacies of the body. Her favorite aspect of teaching Pilates is the awareness it creates between everyone’s mind and body. She grew up getting injuries in competitive sports. Pilates made her able to correct and strengthen her spine, muscles, and connection to her own body. She believes she can pass that knowledge on to others and remind people how powerful and connected they are.Ashley Joy Lamar

Pilates has been a huge part of my life since meeting my wife in a Pilates class in 2002. I grew up in Argentina and had the experience of travelling the world with a diplomatic family. I understood from an early age that maintaining a strong, healthy body meant enjoying the incredible world and traveling free of physical limitation. I have climbed mountains, skied the Alps, ridden horses in South America and camels in Egypt, sailed the Mediterranean, and surfed the Pacific. Upon graduating from UCSD as an Electrical Engineer I added running, free diving and ocean swimming, and the Marital Art of Juijitsu to my activities. When I took my first Pilates class, I was intrigued and hooked. Pilates made sense with the musculoskeletal balancing, flexibility and strength training and I noticed the advances within my own body and in my activities. I loved learning about the body mechanics and became certified in 2005. working with clients in the studio inspired me to build my mission and enhance others' lives through this method so they could explore the planet and live to their fullest potential, like I had. Together Stephanie and I ran our La Jolla Pilates studio for 13 years. I worked with thousands of clients and helped train the many teachers who became certified with our studio. We took our sessions into the world with adventure retreats, developed a plant based food program, and worked closely with clients for weight loss and lifestyle change. In 2015 we took our program to Mexico and ran retreats for 9 months while exploring and protecting the Sea of Cortez as a family. After our return, I told Stephanie, I was ready to teach our kids how to ski, and we moved here to Fort Collins. I am looking forward to bringing my passions for a healthy fulfilling life to Club Pilates and you!Kadie Hall
Kadie grew up in a household that always encouraged staying active, eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a child and through adolescence, Kadie competed in many team sports including Swimming, Soccer and Track. She loved being outside and playing with competitive teams. Along with being involved in music such as piano, flute and oboe keeping her musically inclined. Graduating from Colorado State University, with a heavy interest in fitness, she began working for Miramont Lifestyle Fitness and began growing her Personal Training Career. Being a full time Personal Trainer, she has always been fascinated with body movement and fixing alignment flaws. Looking for a way to correct these flaws, she tried a few Mat Pilates classes and found the missing link. She began her Pilates journey in 2008 obtaining a Mat Pilates Certification and teaching Mat for 3 years. Then 2011 completed her level 1 certification with Peak Pilates. She started teaching with the reformer and later received her MVe Chair Certification. From there she created an MVe Fusion class, one that incorporated the Chair and strength training. She feels that it’s a great combination to incorporate her Pilates knowledge with her clients. She teaches that Pilates is beneficial for long term healing and maintenance, physically and mentally. She continues to learn and be more knowledgeable so that she can make an impact to help clients. When not teaching or training she enjoys being outdoors and hiking, swimming, running, biking, wake surfing, reading, singing, traveling and spending time with friends and family.Stephanie Aubuchon-Fernandez
Movement has been a part of my entire life. From an early age as a ballet dancer and throughout my professional career as a Principal Ballerina, I studied movement, placement and precision. I began exploring my skills as a teacher of dance from adult classes to 3 year old’s. My life as a dancer led me to the world of Pilates first through my own self practice and soon later as a Pilates Teacher in California when I moved there in 1998. This first teaching experience was under the tutelage of Julian Littleford in Del Mar, CA. I was taught his method of Pilates and absorbed his incredible skill to teach in a multi client setting and direct classes with an English accent! My desire to “know more” led me up the Coast to BASI at the On Center Conditioning in Costa Mesa, CA in 2000 and I am extremely proud that Rael Isocowitz was our class teacher and continuing mentor of the method. It was with BASI that I completed a 500 hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification. In 2003 I launched my very own studio in La Jolla, CA with dedicated clients and the passion to bring Pilates to more people. Within the first year of opening the studio my biggest concern was finding and hiring new instructors. After much research and many revisions, I began enrolling students into my own Comprehensive Pilates Certification Program. Throughout the next 10 years our Education Program was run biannually and our students officially became teachers after 500 hours of work. Our teachers are found in many countries around the world and many are still thriving in the Pilates movement! Our Comprehensive Program was certified as a Training Facility through the Pilates Method Alliance. In conjunction with our Pilates studio, my husband, Pablo and I created a parallel business with Lifestyle Coaching, Healthy Meal Delivery and Juice Cleansing. My personal desire to learn more about wellness led me to study at the Chopra Center and become an educator in the Ayurvedic Program “Perfect Health” During this wonderful experience our own family grew and we welcomed our 3 children into our lives: Alejandro, Isabella, and Lucas. We took our family and our Pilates family to a new level of health and wellness with adventure retreats in Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, Sedona, and Joshua Tree where we taught Pilates, Seasonal Eating and Meditation. Even today, many of our fondest memories are from deep within the jungle exercising our in studio practice out in the world! In 2016 the Colorado mountains were calling us and we moved to Fort Collins – We are so excited to bring our knowledge, experience, and passion here and with Club Pilates! I am personally enthusiastic as a Club Pilates Master Trainer to educate new teachers and mentor new paths in life!Anna Becerra
I was born and raised here in Fort Collins and discovered my love for Pilates in 2011 when I began seeking a low impact workout that could tone my body in preparation for our wedding. After seeing amazing results while having a blast, it became clear that Pilates would remain part of my life moving forward. Pilates was also there to help me through 2 pregnancies as well as rehab my body after my daughters were born. I was thrilled to be able to combine my passion for Pilates with a career when I received my Pilates Teacher Certification from the Pilates Career Institute. The comprehensive training program was over 450 hours of in-depth education on the human body and the movement science involved in Pilates. I have focused my training on learning how to use Pilates as a tool to rehab the body after an injury or surgery and continue to be surprised at the way Pilates can strengthen not only a person’s body, but also their mind. When I am not doing Pilates, I enjoy spending time with my husband Jorge and our children as well as golfing, paddle boarding, cooking and traveling. I have enjoyed sharing Pilates with my family and friends and look forward to training you soon!Melanie Henning

My career started over 10 years ago when I achieved my first AAFA group fitness certification. That is when my hobby turned into my passion and start persuing other certifications. Then I found Pilates. In 2010, I began studying the Stott Pilates Mat and Reformer Essential, Intermediate, and Advance levels repetoir at the Colorado Athletic Club Stott training facility in Denver, and earned my first Mat Pilates certificate from AAAI/ISMA. I grew up dancing and performing on stage so it made sense that I follow my passion for movement. I love body sculpting exercises that increase strength, stability, and enhance body endurance. It's all about form, movement, and balance. I find Pilates is always challenging and changing. Any client who is ready to mindfully allow positive change to mobilize them into a healthy lifestyle is my ideal client. I commit to focusing on the individual at their core to co-create an alliance to improve on their overall fitness level. Proper form is always my focus in class and in life. I enjoy sharing experiences around healthy food choices, fitness, and nutrition. Activities that I have enjoyed are wall climbing, hiking, and I especially enjoy riding my bike around Old Town. Concerts, sporting events, and traveling with my husband every chance I get top my list of fun things worth doing in life. Spending time with our family, friends, many loved ones, and especially my young grandson, are the fruits of my hard work.
