Sierra Felthousen is 26 years old, currently living in New York City, NY. Sierra has been athletically engaged and pursuing her Dance, Modeling, and Fitness careers since a young age. She graduated from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Exercise Science. Sierra spent a year after college working as a performer on Royal Caribbean Int’l Cruise Lines before she moved to Los Angeles, CA. While in Los Angeles, Sierra danced and modeled professionally, and worked full time as a Fitness Instructor for four years. Sierra is currently teaching at two Pilates Studios in New York City; Club Pilates Tribeca and Club Pilates Cobble Hill. Through her classes she aims to inspire each of her clients to strive for the best version of themselves as well as commit to a happy and healthy lifestyle. 🙂
Clint Bigham is a certified personal trainer through the Titleist Performance Institute, holds a Pilates and dance conditioning certification through University Nevada Las Vegas, Yoga Method Alliance certification, BodyCode certifications, and continues his education at the Feldenkrais Guild of North America.
Megan Medley was born and raised in Kentucky where she grew up dancing. Always a lover of movement, Megan began acting in her high school's theater productions. From there she went on to major in Theater at Butler University and continued on to get her Masters in Acting at the Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Play House MFA Acting Program (both movement intensive training programs). While working on her Masters, Megan also completed her Pilates training in a method focused on mindful movement, coordination of breath and movement, the cultivation of an intimate mind-body connection, and the implementation of these disciplines in the performing arts. Pilates has encouraged Megan to develop a more profound relationship with her body, which has brought her knowledge, freedom and joy in her work as a mover and actor and in her life as a human! Megan is very much looking forward to sharing the benefits that Pilates has brought into her life with others.
