Ling has been teaching Pilates since 2009 and is PMA certified. Ling has always had a passion for helping people from currently coaching a first grade running team, has managed health clubs/spas and has worked in Group Fitness since 1997. She has a contagiuos smile and energy that will keep you coming back for more!

Ann has over eight years of teaching as a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. Power Pilates certified.
After being a lifelong athlete and suffering through years of multiple injuries, Devon turned to yoga and later Pilates as a form of rehab. Devon has been teaching mindful movement for the past 4 years. She first completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training while living on Oahu, HI through Hawaii Yoga Institute. She then furthered her education by completing her 600+hr comprehensive Pilates certification through Erika Bloom Pilates in New York. For the past year Devon has been running Erika Bloom Pilates’ Hamptons studio where she specialized in private Pilates sessions custom tailored to the individuals' needs. After living all over the United States for the past 10 years, Devon just recently relocated to Colorado with her husband, two young daughters, and two dogs. In Devon’s classes it is ok to not be perfect, it is encouraged to laugh, and the goal is to meet your body where it is in that moment in time.
Sheri was an English teacher when she first heard the word “Pilates” in 1988, but it wasn’t until years later that she was encouraged to actually experiment with this fascinating method of mind-body awareness. Sheri is a fully certified, classically-trained Pilates instructor and has been practicing since 2002, taking classes and workshops with several 2nd generation master teachers and many talented instructors along the way. She works with everyday people, clients from all paths of life and hopes to inspire each one to find something in the work that becomes their own. She loves introducing beginners to this unique movement system, as well as challenging students who are ready to hone more advanced skills. Her caring nature and genuine love for the Pilates Method creates a safe place to explore and challenge your potential. Sheri works to integrate and improve posture, spinal flexibility, muscle strength, and connection to the core. Sometimes simply moving through our day can be difficult, but when we move from our center with the support of the breath and focused attention, it can be lot easier! When not teaching or doing Pilates, Sheri also practices yoga and rock climbs….both of which are complemented by the core work of Pilates.
Susan was introduced to Pilates while living in Tucson. After moving to Colorado to be closer to her children, she enrolled in Mat Pilates Training and began teaching classes. She wanted to learn more, so she completed the Comprehensive Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. She loves how Pilates makes her body feel and enjoys motivating others to practice Pilates for a clear mind and healthy body!
Jenny was first introduced to Pilates in a “Pilates for Salsa Dancers” class that she collaborated on in 2008. Since that class she secretly wanted to become a Pilates instructor. Ten years later, Pilates has made a strong resurgence in her life and now she is living her dream by teaching and practicing Pilates every day! Jenny also teaches POP Pilates and from time to time is known to teach Salsa dance workshops! She is a mother to three amazing kids and loves living a healthy, active life with her family.
Kelly is a lifelong athlete with a passion for movement! She fell in love with Pilates after experiencing how it improved the activities she loves including hiking, skiing, trail running, sprint triathlons, swimming, and – most importantly – keeping up with her three young kids. She followed her passion in 2015 by deciding to own and operate three Club Pilates studios - Boulder, Longmont and Waneka. She is currently in the process of completing her 500 hour comprehensive training through Club Pilates’ teacher training program. Her passion is to improve the lives of everyone around her with better health by bringing communities together with a positive heart & mind.
Kelly & Joe
Kelly and Joe have lived in Longmont since 2005 moving to Colorado from Milwaukee. As soon as they arrived to Colorado they knew this is where they wanted to raise their family and own a business one day! They fell in love with Pilates when they personally experienced how it improved their activities that they love from hiking, skiing, trail running, basketball, golf, sprint triathlons, swimming, and most importantly keeping up with their 3 kids. They followed their passion of health and fitness in their local community by opening their first Club Pilates studio in Longmont, March 2016. Seeing the studio's positive impact in their community inspired them to expand into Boulder in August 2017, Lafayette in February 2018. They love how Pilates can help everyone's body from a seasoned Ironman triathlete to someone who has never worked out before and everyone in between. Their passion is to improve the lives of those around them with better health, new friendships and a positive mind.
