After careers in education, consulting and executive recruiting Ann pursued her interest in pilates and subsequent certification. She received her comprehensive equipment and mat certification in 2011. She is also certified in TRX and Trigger Point.
Completed the 500 hour Club Pilates comprehensive certification. Certified in TRX , Trigger Point, and advanced education in Classical Mat Pilates. Certified instructor of Step Aerobics, Body Pump and personal training. Beth also regularly practices boot camp style fitness away from the studio.
