After leaving her career as a math and science teacher, Colleen started teaching step-aerobics once a week over 15 years ago and is now a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, ACE® Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. She has been through 2 knee surgeries and has given birth to 5 wonderful children which led her to recognize that good health is a life-long journey. Sometimes your mind, body, and spirit are not on the same path. Colleen loves that PILATES can be done by anybody no matter one's fitness level. PILATES is a NOT about being better than someone else - It's about being better than you used to be! Colleen brings energy and fun to PILATES and looks forward to helping Members on their journey to be better versions of themselves.
Evangeline Fitzpatrick has been teaching Pilates since 2007 and is certified through both Integrated Teacher Training (ITT) in San Francisco and Stott Pilates. The client's needs and ability focus her teaching. She loves practicing and teaching Pilates for the strength, agility, and balance it gives to her clients and herself. "I have seen students go from not exercising at all to loving, requesting, and needing the conditioning that Pilates offers." She and her family transferred to MN from the Bay Area, CA 11/2017, and they love the weather, yes the snow too, the food, and the people.
It's a lifestyle! I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and live an all around "healthy life style". I enjoy working with all levels of fitness, young and old. I am passionate about helping those who are new to Pilates or fitness in general , seniors or people with injuries. When I'm not working you will find me outdoors running, biking, hiking, kayaking - just about any outdoor activity. I love Pilates as it can help people with basic functionality or training an elite athlete. I also enjoy playing the piano and listening to live music.
I look forward to connecting with my clients by helping them with their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I have been taking reformer classes for about 5 years , and decided to continue with professional training. I completed my STOTTS MERRITHEW PILATES comprehensive mat and reformer training in St. Paul . I have also received my instructor certification this year (2017).

Pam hopes she can help convince all genders, ages and fitness levels that Pilates may be one of the best investments they will make in themselves!
I began taking Pilates Mat and Reformer classes many years ago. I quickly began to see and feel changes in my posture, strength, and flexibility. It became a form of exercise that I not only enjoyed but which changed me more than any other form of exercise. Pilates has made me aware of how I move and use my body in everyday life. I also love that anyone can do Pilates. Enjoying it so much, I was encouraged to become a trained instructor. I was trained and certified through Stott at the Sweatshop in St. Paul in Matwork and Reformer Pilates. I am also certified in Group Fitness through A.C.E. and Personal Training through The National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My desire is to help others attain fitness by teaching the principles of Pilates to benefit their goals for everyday life.
