Stephanie was born in New York and raised in Bogota, Colombia and has a PASSION for fitness that started at the age of 14 when she was overweight and feeling uncomfortable with her body. During this time, she discovered the joy of exercising with her mom and became interested in nutrition. From this experience, Stephanie became determined to inspire people to be healthier and stronger through fitness and nutrition. She studied exercise & science in Bogota and worked in group fitness, personal training and as a Pilates instructor. “I discovered Pilates and decided to dedicate my life to be an instructor of this amazing method created for everyBODY.” TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Sky is the Limit!!!
Neda’s passion for health and fitness began many years ago which led her to dedicate her college career to educating herself to help others. She received her degree in Exercise and Health Science from Kennesaw State University. After college, she worked as an Athletic Director for a private health club in Vinings, Georgia where she was also a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. Neda’s Pilates practice began in 2016 where she quickly realized Pilates was a fantastic way to rehab her hip and foot injuries while getting an incredible full body work out. She soon realized she needed to help others with their Pilates practice just as other instructors had helped her! When Neda isn’t at the studio, she can be found fostering animals, enjoying the pool and when possible, the beach.
Stephanie radiates positivity and is truly passionate about helping others reach their wellness goals. Joseph Pilates believed that: “Physical fitness is the first prerequisite for happiness.” and Stephanie wholeheartedly agrees. Being happy is essential to living life to its fullest potential. Positive mind = positive outcome. Stephanie is a lifelong fitness fanatic enjoying ballet, dance, weight lifting, yoga, kickboxing, TRX, and Pilates. She loves challenging both mind and body within her Pilates practice. Although originally from Chicago, Stephanie lived in Arizona for many years before calling Georgia home. She earned a bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Spanish and left a tenured position within the Beverage Industry to start a wellness-focused career path as a Pilates Instructor. When not teaching Pilates, Stephanie enjoys getting lost viewing art and reading a good book.
Mark is a lover of all things outdoors. Active mountain biker, mountain unicycler, swimmer and hiker... all made possible by his commitment to Pilates.
Katie recently moved back from Arizona where she developed a passion for fitness and the outdoors. Pilates helps her release tension and her practice is very important to her. When she is not in the studio, Katie can be found outside backpacking or rock climbing.
Jennifer was born and raised in Southern California and has recently moved to Georgia with her husband, two children, and dog. She received her Pilates/Dance Conditioning Instructor Certificate of Achievement with honors at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA. Upon certification, Jennifer taught group classes at various Pilates studios in Orange County, as well as instructed private clients in a physical therapy clinic. Jennifer discovered Pilates over 10 years ago as a way to add strength and flexibility to her regular fitness routine. She was immediately attracted to the concentration and the precision of movement that Pilates required of her. With Pilates, Jennifer improved her running speed and reduced post-workout soreness, and more importantly, her back and neck aches diminished as her posture improved. Jennifer decided follow her heart and become a Pilates teacher so that she could share the amazing benefits of Pilates with others. She believes that no matter what one’s fitness level is, Pilates can most certainly benefit anyone who wants to move better in their own body. When Jennifer is not teaching Pilates you can find her practicing yoga, cooking, reading, or hiking with her family.
