CLASSES FOR EVERYONE

  • Level 1

    LEVEL 1 – Effective and ideal for beginners and those who want a solid, stabile class experience

    First time trying Club Pilates? Start with level 1. These classes use exercise progressions, allowing options to adapt Pilates movements to meet our student’s preference, fitness level or physical limitations. Level 1 will still challenge those brand new to Pilates or if you have limitations or injuries. We like to say, “you’ll still sweat, a little, while you move your body safely.” You’ll feel muscles working while you become more familiar with the Club Pilates Method and apparatus. Exercises will be safe and simple, yet effective to challenge students appropriately from head to toe. This is a fun and supportive level to begin building Pilates strength and balance while improving flexibility and core muscles.

  • Level 1.5

    LEVEL 1.5 – Continue to build your practice with more complex movements and use of equipment

    This is a perfect level if you’re ready to start exploring more complex and challenging movements on the Club Pilates reformer. Class tempo is moderate and focused with a steady class flow. Don’t worry; you’ll definitely feel a difference after class. Intermediate exercises are introduced but modifications are always provided and progressions are always used so you can honor your body and work at your own individual focus.

  • Level 2

    LEVEL 2 – An inspiring and uplifting class that will challenge the mind and body

    For students who feel they have an understanding of the Club Pilates Method and are beginning to feel more in tune with their own body and the Pilates apparatus, level 2 is perfect for you. Intermediate exercises are chosen while increased repetitions, combinations, and dynamic movement patterns create a more challenging workout. We focus on correct form and alignment as you flow seamlessly from one movement to the next. This level will certainly keep you moving and challenged.

    LEVEL 2.5 -That little .5 is the Club Pilates Boot Camp difference

    This level is ideal for those who love to work hard and fuse Pilates with functional fitness techniques. The options and class formats are endless and effective. This is where Club Pilates signature classes meets high intensity interval training, functional training and traditional fitness concepts. Students are challenged with strength, endurance and, of course, the Club Pilates Method. The best part is this level is taught from a Pilates foundation and fundamentals standpoint. Exercises introduced in this level will help improve athletic performance, balance, overall strength and control.

THIS CLASS COMBINES FUNCTIONAL INTERVAL TRAINING WITH OUR CP REFORMER PLUS WORKOUT. THIS LEVEL 2.5 CLASS IS DYNAMIC, FUN AND FAST-PACED WHILE WE FOCUS ON FORM, ALIGNMENT AND IMPROVING MUSCLE STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE.
