WHAT MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS DO WE OFFER?
CP Intro: CP Intro is our no-obligation intro to the Club Pilates Method. Make no mistake about it, our intro class is designed to immerse clients into a challenging and enjoyable 30-minute introductory workout.
CP Four: CP Four is our most affordable introductory membership option. CP Four is perfect if Pilates is a supplement to an existing training program or for clients who want to work out about once per week to build a solid Pilates foundation.
CP Eight: Make Club Pilates the go-to workout and the core of a solid fitness routine. Members typically see faster, better results and develop a thorough understanding of core Pilates fundamentals. On average, work out about twice per week with convenient class times to meet your busy schedule.
CP Junior: From 12 to 20 years old, fitness is not only critical in establishing healthy habits and self confidence, but Club Pilates builds a solid foundation for strong muscles, healthy joints, flexibility, balance and a strong core. Our Junior membership is available to individuals and even teams who want to maintain peak performance during the important developmental years.
CP Unlimited (All Club): Plan to work out three times per week or more? For starters, FANTASTIC! CP Unlimited will meet and exceed all expectations. With unlimited access to the largest national Pilates network, whether across town or across the country, Club Pilates will deliver an exceptional experience every time.
CP Annual (All Club): Sometimes it makes sense to pay in advance. CP Annual is our hassle-free option for unlimited access to all Club Pilates studios without paying a monthly membership fee. What Classes Do We Offer?
CP REFORMER PLUS
Balanced and addictive reformer and TRX workout
CP Reformer Plus is our most popular signature class where students are rewarded with an enjoyable full-body workout. Over half of the class is spent on the reformer. To create variety and distinct differences between classes, or even teachers, other apparatus and concepts are often introduced, which keeps students interested and challenged. This class trains students to progress in the practice of pilates and safely move on to Club Pilates signature fusion workouts.
CP Cardio Sculpt
Pilates circuit training with a cardio boost
CP Cardio Sculpt is a low-impact jumping class perfect for all fitness levels, from seasoned athletes to those with limited mobility. Similar to weight training, where building bone density and strength is desired, this class is a safe alternative that delivers similar results. Enjoy circuit training utilizing traditional Pilates equipment, TRX and barre.
CP BARRE/REFORMER FUSION
The Best of Both Worlds
Exclusive to Club Pilates, CP Barre Reformer Fusion was co-created with Leslee Bender. This class is reformer-based and incorporates the barre, gliding disks and springboard to provide additional functional aspects. The true benefits of barre reformer fusion are realized when your workouts transcend from conscious to unconscious physical improvements in real-world applications.
CP TRX/REFORMER FUSION
Work muscles you never knew you had while having a blast!
CP TRX-Reformer Fusion combines the benefits of TRX suspension training with our popular CP Reformer Plus workout. This athletic approach to pilates will enhance strength and coordination, making daily movements more efficient and agile. This class is an excellent choice for those who enjoy running, golf, tennis, and cycling.
CP BOOT CAMP F.I.T.
The ultimate fusion of pilates and calorie-blasting fitness
CP Boot Camp F.I.T. Class is the fusion of advanced pilates variations and calorie-blasting strength-training (recommended for students with at least six months prior experience). This class combines functional interval training (F.I.T.) with our CP Reformer Plus workout. This level 2.0 or 2.5 Class is dynamic, fun and fast-paced.
It’s like a workout massage
CP Stretch will stretch and lengthen muscles head to toe. Students will learn the “stretching” version of common exercises to help create a strong mind/body connection during vigorous workouts. Incorporate breathing, active stretches and muscle contraction to repair tight muscles that cause pain and limitations.
Build more strength and endurance as you restore health and stamina to your body
CP Restore focuses on restoring muscles and joints with a combination of reformer movements along with trigger point programming self myofascial release. This signature class is proven to reduce cellulite, and advance injury and muscle recovery sooner than without using this technique. Athletes rarely train or compete without preparing and repairing muscles and joints through self myofacial release.
Give your teen a competitive edge in his/her favorite sport
The perfect class for athletic or inactive 12-20 year olds. CP Teen is a fun, safe environment that will teach your teen proper movement and body alignment using the reformer, springboard, TRX and other equipment. This is an ideal age to teach correct posture, body alignment and muscle sequencing to prevent injury and build self confidence. CP Teens teaches mind and body awareness and builds correct muscle memory to allow for better fitness later in life.
What Levels Do We Teach?
Effective and ideal for beginners and those who want a solid, stable class experience
Ideal for beginners and those who want a fun and stable class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation. These classes use exercise progressions and modifications, creating a successful environment to meet our students’ preferences, fitness levels, and physical limitations.
Continue to build your practice with more complex movements and use of equipment
Start exploring more precise and dynamic exercises. Class tempo is moderate and focuses on a steady class flow. Intermediate exercises are typically introduced with modifications and progressions to give students a more challenging workout.
An inspiring and uplifting class that will challenge the mind and body
For students who feel they have an understanding of the Club Pilates method and are beginning to feel more in tune with their own body and the Pilates apparatus. Some advanced exercises are chosen while increased repetitions, combinations, and dynamic movement patterns of familiar exercises create a more challenging workout. We focus on correct form and alignment as this class quickly flows from one movement to the next.
That little .5 is the Club Pilates Boot Camp difference
This level is ideal for those who love to work hard and combine Pilates with functional fitness. This is where Club Pilates’ signature class meets high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.), functional training and traditional fitness concepts. This is a challenging class for athletes and will help improve athletic performance, balance, overall strength and control.
