Eleni Petraki has been teaching movement for 20 years, blending deep expertise in Pilates, yoga, and mind-body practices with a passion for mentoring the next generation of instructors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the State School of Athens, Greece, as well as 500 hours of Pilates Teacher Certification and 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Certification in New York City.

 

As both a Master NLP Life Coach and Master Reiki Practitioner, Eleni brings a holistic perspective to her role as a Master Trainer. She believes that a strong core — physically and mentally — lays the foundation for personal and professional growth.

 

Known for her collaborative and encouraging style, Eleni works closely with instructors to refine their teaching skills, build confidence, and develop their own authentic voice in the studio. She creates a supportive learning environment where proper form, safety, and individual strengths are always at the forefront.
