Meet Your Master Trainer!

Sam Dunne
Samantha found her passion in exercise and movement. When her 3 children were older she turned her studies to almost every form of group exercise. Enjoying all forms of exercise with all ages and styles. Bringing humour, music, choreography and fun to all her classes. Adding Personal training and Exercise Nutrition Advisor to her list of qualifications, she continued to guide people to wellness.

Happiest when teaching people to move well and smile while doing it she travelled the world with her military husband. A very well travelled family, the military life led them to Alberta Canada in 2010, falling in love with Canada, they decided to stay. Samantha changed her focus to Pilates in 2010, understanding a greater need for alignment in movement, for connection to mind, body and breath. Samantha truly believes that the cognitive benefits of Pilates are huge!

Bringing compassion, motivation and guiding teachers to grow with confidence and clarity. Sam started to specialize in instructor education over a decade ago. Making it her mission to uphold the integrity of the method while understanding the need to allow it to evolve to meet the needs of today's diverse bodies and lifestyles!
As a Master Trainer for Club Pilates, Samantha travels Canada to facilitate 500-hour Pilates Teacher Training programs. As a coach, a mentor and teacher trainer Samantha helps new Pilates teachers understand the principles and fundamentals of the Pilates method. Mentoring them to graduation.

Teachers who graduate from the program go through an intensive online and in-person training program, that when completed, are eligible to teach Pilates internationally.
