Natalia Rabin brings a lifelong passion for movement to her Pilates practice, rooted in her background in ballet, ballroom dance, and martial arts. By age 18, she was already teaching Wushu and later co-founded Calem Technology with her husband, Alex, after moving to Canada in 2000.
Her ongoing commitment to health and whole-body wellness led her to discover Pilates, whose benefits inspired her to become a Certified Pilates Instructor, Clinical Pilates Educator, and Club Pilates Master Trainer.
Natalia is known for creating balanced, full-body classes that build strength, correct imbalances, and develop core stability through safe, flow-based movement. She also mentors aspiring instructors and physiotherapists, sharing her expertise through workshops and teacher training. Passionate about education, Natalia’s goal is to help every student grow into a confident and inspiring Pilates professional.
