Meet Your Master Trainer!

Samantha Dunne
Samantha found her passion in exercise and movement, enjoying all forms of exercise across all ages and styles. Bringing humour, music, choreography, and fun to her classes, she is also a Lead Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Exercise Nutrition Advisor who guides clients toward wellness.

Over a decade ago, Samantha began specializing in instructor education. While traveling the world with her military family, she found her greatest joy in teaching people how to move well. After moving to Alberta, Canada, in 2010, she shifted her focus to Pilates, emphasizing the importance of alignment and the connection between mind, body, and breath. She truly believes in the significant cognitive benefits of the Pilates method.

As a Master Trainer for Club Pilates, Samantha travels across Canada facilitating 450-hour Teacher Training programs. She is dedicated to upholding the integrity of the Pilates method while evolving to meet the needs of today's diverse bodies and lifestyles. As a coach and mentor, she guides new teachers through an intensive curriculum, helping them achieve their goals and graduate with the confidence to teach internationally.
