Shannon has nearly 25 years of teaching Pilates, is certified in Contemporary Pilates through the advanced level, completed a Fellowship in Applied Functional Science in 2010, is a Functional Golf Specialist and is a master trainer for Barre Above, Relief Through Rolling and has many other movement certifications.
After my first Pilates class, I knew this workout was different and Iâve been teaching Pilates since 1999. I earned my advanced level pilates certification with STOTT PILATES, completed a fellowship in Applied Functional Science (FAFS) with the Gray Institute, and am a Functional Golf Specialist and Pilates for Golf & Racquet Specialist. I am a certified master trainer for Club Pilates, Barre Above, and Relief Through Rolling. I'm certified in many other movement modalities including TRX, The MELT Method, BOSU, and more.
