I am so excited to be a Master Trainer to share my knowledge with others while continuing to grow myself. I became a personal trainer in the gym world back in 1997 and have taught everything from kickboxing to yoga. I fell in love with Pilates in 2007 when asked to sub a mat class at the gym I was working at. I began my schooling with John Garey and Stott Pilates immediately. Once certified I was able to own a studio with

a physical therapist learning rehab and athletic based methods of practice. I then became Pilates Coordinator for Life Time learning best practices of running a team while personal training and group Pilates instruction. I have been with Club Pilates for 8+ years now and absolutely love it. I love teaching and learning from others and look forward to the opportunity to lead new instructors and be a part of their journey.
