Meet Your Master Trainer!

Yvonne McCabe
With over two decades of experience in Pilates and fitness throughout Long Island, I bring a deep passion for the method, a respect for its classical roots, and a commitment to shaping the future of instruction. As a Lead Instructor and Master Trainer at Club Pilates, I’ve facilitated more than 30 comprehensive teacher training programs over the past eight years, certifying and mentoring a new generation of instructors. My teaching philosophy is rooted in honoring the foundations of Pilates while embracing innovation and growth. I believe in understanding the "why" behind each movement and empowering instructors to teach with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Mentorship is at the heart of what I do—helping trainees develop not only their technical skills but also their voice and presence as educators. To me, Pilates is more than just exercise—it’s a lineage, a discipline, and a lifelong journey. My mission is to keep that journey vibrant and evolving in every class I lead and every instructor I guide.
