ABOUT FIONA

Fiona James is a Certified Club Pilates Master Trainer and has been educating future instructors for over 3 years. Fiona completed her comprehensive Pilates training in 2009 and holds additional certifications in Core Barre, Core Align, Trigger Point, Barre Above and TRX. She has been an instructor of Pilates, Yoga, and Barre for over 15 years and has taught at numerous studios in the northern Virginia and Washington DC area.

 

Originally from Scotland, Fiona's passion for fitness started early by initially earning her Yoga certification. Fiona then moved to the United States where she completed her comprehensive Pilates training. Fiona currently lives in Alexandria with her husband and two young children. She and her family enjoy spending time outdoors, especially walking, canoeing, swimming, and exploring nature.
