Meet Your Master Trainer!

Cheryl Esch
Cheryl discovered Pilates in 1997 in Graduate school. As a dancer, Pilates became an integral part of her practice and continues to be, even though she is no longer dancing. She pursued her Mat Certification with Powerhouse in 2002 and eventually reached Full Comprehensive Certification through Balanced Body in 2017 and National Pilates Certified Professional status in 2018. She has been with Club Pilates since 2019. As a college professor in dance, Cheryl has always promoted education, so becoming a Master Trainer for Club Pilates was a perfect fit. Being able to pass on her knowledge of Pilates and movement to the next generation is fulfilling. Cheryl loves to hike, read, be in nature, travel and podcast.
