Meet Your Master Trainer!

Luke Dreiling
Luke began his Pilates journey almost 20 years ago. He was a professional actor and dancer and taught Pilates classes on the side. After many years, Luke decided to make fitness his career and finished both his 200 hr Yoga certification from Frog Lotus and also a 600 hr comprehensive Pilates certification with Balance Body. Luke is also a MT and CPT. Luke is a contemporary Pilates instructor who loves to explore the exercises and develop true connections with your body. He believes that by focusing on clear communication, students develop their confidence and are more willing to challenge themselves.

ABOUT LUKE

He believes that by focusing on clear communication, students develop their confidence and are more willing to challenge themselves. When not working he loves spending time with his dogs, Helo and Shayera, playing video games, and trying to find good vegan food with his husband. When working out he loves taking classes in Pilates, Yoga, and Crossfit.
